Thank you for your interest in joining the SwimsByDidi team! We're looking for creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individuals to help us grow and engage with our vibrant community. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in elevating our brand through strategic social media management and content creation.

Applicants must be 18+ and based in Accra, Ghana.

Social Media Manager - Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
• Create and curate engaging content that reflects our brand’s voice and resonates with our audience.
• Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to optimize growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with the sales and production teams to align content with promotions and product launches.
• Engage with our community, respond to comments and messages, and build strong relationships with our followers.

Social Media Intern - Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in content creation, including photoshoots, video editing, and copywriting.
• Help schedule and post content across social platforms.
• Monitor social media trends and report on performance analytics.
• Support the Social Media Manager with influencer outreach and brand collaborations.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends to help us innovate and stay ahead.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and creative writing skills.
• Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter) is a plus.
• Photography, videography, or graphic design skills are an added advantage.
• A passion for fashion, creativity, and customer engagement.
