TikTok Content Manager

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes TikTok to manage and grow our TikTok presence. This role is for a creative self-starter who understands trends, storytelling, editing, and how to turn everyday brand moments into high-performing TikTok content.

If you’re always on TikTok, save sounds daily, understand hooks, and know what makes a video go viral — this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow our TikTok account end-to-end
  • Create, edit, and post engaging TikTok videos consistently
  • Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and challenges
  • Develop content ideas aligned with the brand’s identity and goals
  • Edit videos using tools like CapCut, InShot, VN, or similar
  • Write engaging captions and understand TikTok SEO
  • Monitor performance and optimize content using analytics
  • Collaborate with the team on campaigns, launches, and brand moments
  • Turn behind-the-scenes, shoots, and daily brand activities into TikTok content
  • Maintain a consistent and recognizable TikTok voice for the brand


What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who genuinely loves TikTok and understands how the platform works
  • Proven experience creating or managing TikTok content
  • Strong video editing and storytelling skills
  • Creative, trend-aware, and proactive
  • Good eye for aesthetics, pacing, and hooks
  • Passion for fashion, culture, and digital storytelling
  • A degree or background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory
